I've used it once, now. It's a pleasant experience, I imagine more so when used properly and according to instructions. Haven't noticed drastic changes to my overall health, though I felt calm and relaxed all day. Plan to use it again soon, may consider purchasing the longer-lasting stainless steel kit, but for now this kit serves its purpose quite well.
