Steps to Prepare and Use a French Press for a Coffee Enema:
  • Prepare the Coffee:
    • Add 2-3 tablespoons of organic, medium-roast, or specific enema coffee grounds into the French press.
    • Pour 4 cups of boiling, filtered, or distilled water into the French press.
    • Let it steep for 10-20 minutes.
    • Slowly push the plunger down, then pour the liquid into a bowl or directly into your enema bag.
