Once the parcel shows "delivered", we (the Seller) are not responsible if it is stolen from your porch. You do have the option to have a "signature required". Please let us know.
USPS First Class Mail International:
Some countries, such as Australia, and Canada, are great candidates for USPS First Class Mail International.
USPS Priority Mail International:
This method is faster than First Class.
This method is more reliable and your package may arrive within 7 days to 2 weeks. This does not include customs delays.
Duty Fees - Canada may or may not charge a duty fee for medical products.
Many countries will charge the buyer an import duty tax or VAT fee for the item purchased. These fees vary. PureLife Health Equipment is not responsible for the payment of these fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer. If the fees are not paid, your country will not allow you to have the item.
Please contact your local customs office to find out what the VAT and duty fees will be, as some countries can charge quite alot.
Returns/ Exchanges
Enema Kits & Accessories:
Purelife Health Equipment does allow exchanges or refunds on enema kits and accessories if they are defective or if you change your mind.
If you change your mind about an enema kit, and it is not defective, and wish to return or exchange, please note that the packaging must be sealed in its original condition.
Enema Coffee is non returnable, since it is a food/grocery item. It is for the protection of our customers.
Glass Enema Kits
If your glass enema kit arrives broken, you must report it to us within 3 days or less, provide photos, and we will resend you another.
Enema Coffee & Nutritional Products
Food and Grocery Items are Not Returnable. Food & Nutritional Items can be opened and tampered with. In order to protect our customers , we would never restock these items, knowing they have been in someone else hands before being re-sent to a new customer.
You Have 14 Days to Report a Defect If you have received a defective product please contact us for an exchange. All refund request or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. There are no exceptions.
