Do You Have Aching Bones?

Aching bones can be a sign that your electrolytes and minerals need balancing.  Juicing green leafy vegetables can help to stop aching bones, because green vegetables, such as Chard, spinach, Kale, have lots of minerals.  Coffee enemas can deplete minerals from the bones, and it is recommended drinking 3 fresh organic juices per coffee enema.  So if you do a coffee enema in the morning, you would drink a fruit juice after, and then a green juice in the afternoon and evening.

It is also recommended that you take a mineral supplement.  The best minerals we know of are fulvic ionic minerals, which you simply add to your juice.   If you feel you don't have the time or money to be juicing so much, then a mineral supplement is a must.

You can find the product on our website here:

This is our extra strength mineral supplement.  We also carry it in regular strength.

Another supplement for electrolyte balancing after a coffee enema is potassium compound salts.  You can find that product here:

Potassium is a part of the Gerson Therapy program, but it can also be used by people who are doing coffee enemas, or simply want a great potassium supplement that contains all 3 potassiums in 1!
